Share What You Need and Listen With Your Heart
A refreshing take on mothering, adjustment, our bodies, breastfeeding, relationships, children and babies and our joys and our trials .... things that some feel we aren't suppose to talk about or share openly and freely.
The Red Tent is a gathering of women, mothers, grandmothers, and sisters who want to exchange thoughts, share moments, ask questions and dig deeper into who they are and to aid in reaching their full potential and their goals. An opportunity for you to talk about topics that are important and meaningful to you in a beautiful space where we can support one another.
As we gather to talk about what is most meaningful to us, as we connect with one another, our personal power is enhanced. Our achievements, individually and collectively, are magnified.
Every Other Wednesday from 10:00 am - 11:30.

Welcome to Your Tribe !
Access the power of your mind and body connection for a deeper level of calmness, relaxation and confidence for birth and the postnatal period.
Using simple self hypnosis tools you will be able to be guided and empowered that, in the absence of fear and tension, severe pain does not have to be an accompaniment of labour.
In this series of 5 sessions you will explore old thoughts about the birth process and the postnatal period and release what does not serve you. You will gain an understanding of how the birthing muscles work in perfect harmony--as they were designed to--when your body is sufficiently relaxed and you trust birth. You will be given exercises to aid in achieving deep relaxation with the aid of your partner, free of the resistance that fear creates. You will be empowered to use your natural birthing instincts for a calm, serene and comfortable birth.
Investment: $175 includes Hypnobirthing® Workbook and CD
Upon $50.00 registration fee you will receive in advance the workbook and CD. Handouts, resources, class supplies included.
